The Service is to be used solely for lawful intelligence, investigative, and verification purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for personal gain, stalking, or harassment.
• Share credentials or access tokens with unauthorized third parties.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.

3. Data Integrity & Reliability

While CovertLabs aggregates data from thousands of sources to provide high-confidence intelligence, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy for every record. Decisions affecting individual rights should not be based solely on our automated systems without human verification.

4. Auditing & Monitoring

All activity on the CovertLabs platform is logged, monitored, and audited. You consent to such monitoring. Misuse of the system will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI algorithms, interface design, and underlying code, is the proprietary property of CovertLabs Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

CovertLabs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
